Fansland to Issue 40K+ NFT Tickets for Bangkok Music Festival

Fansland is elevating the live event experience by unveiling an NFT ticketing system for its large music festival in Bangkok, taking place from May 4 to 5.

Following a successful $10 million funding round led by IME, Linear Capital, and Falablock, the fan-centric blockchain ecosystem is set to host the Fansland Festival at the IMPACT Arena—one of Thailand’s largest indoor concert halls.

Around 40,000 attendees are expected to gather at IMPACT for two days of live performances by renowned artists like PSY (Gangnam Style), Edison Chen, Henry Lau, and Chuang Asia, among others.

Tickets for the event, priced at 6,000 Thai baht ($167.25) each, are now available for purchase on Trip.com. Upon purchase, these tickets can be minted as NFTs on Fansland, unlocking a range of benefits.

Each NFT ticket serves not only as entry passes but also as tradable assets on secondary markets, opening opportunities for financial gain.

Moreover, they provide access to Fansland’s DeFi ecosystem, enabling attendees to engage in platform governance for future endeavors.

Attendees at the event will experience various web3 initiatives, including purchasing exclusive festival souvenirs, artist memorabilia, gourmet food, and drinks entirely with cryptocurrency.

Coinciding with Thailand’s emergence as a crypto hub, the event garners global attention for its regulatory support and infrastructure readiness.

As Bangkok gears up to host the Fansland Festival, anticipation mounts for a showcase of cutting-edge technology and live entertainment.
