Building on the success of its earlier Star Trek collectibles, Funko is excited to announce the upcoming release of its newest collection, ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation’, set to debut tomorrow, on March 12.

Available via WAX’s Droppp marketplace, science fiction fans and NFT lovers alike can soon acquire digital cards featuring cherished Star Trek characters to own a piece of the franchise’s history.

Adding to the excitement, by amassing these virtual assets, holders can work towards acquiring tangible counterparts specially crafted for this release, offering a multi-faceted collecting experience.

The Star Trek Digital Pop! series is set to debut in two distinct editions. The ‘Standard Pack’, priced at $9.99, offers a collection of 18,000 packs, each containing 5 NFT items. In contrast, the ‘Premium Pack’ edition, also with 18,000 packs, features a broader collection of 17 digital assets.

Enthusiasm goes beyond these initial acquisitions. Collectors who hold a ‘Grail’, ‘Legendary’, or ‘Royalty Set’ are awarded a ‘Redemption Token’, which opens the chance to own a real-world figurine of an iconic Star Trek character.

Once packs are opened, the process of managing digital collections starts immediately. Inventory snapshots are scheduled for July 10 to determine eligibility for Redemption Tokens, and holders must redeem these tokens by the deadline, August 9.
