Snapshot For WUFFI Airdrop Scheduled For January 31

Self-described “next-gen meme coin” $WUF is set to arrive on the WAX blockchain, with the snapshot for the first Community Airdrop to take place on January 31.

Supported by a wide array of WAX marketplaces, decentralised exchanges, projects and games, $WUF aims to foster long-term community growth for the gaming-centric WAX blockchain – and for web3 gaming as a whole.

$WUF is set to be distributed on WAX very soon, with an expansion to Solana planned for later this year.

Early Adopter status for WUFFI – who will receive additional $WUF tokens – is now available to obtain.

What is WUFFI?

WUFFI ($WUF) is a brand-new token intended to support the web3 gaming ecosystem on the WAX blockchain.

The snapshot for the first Community Airdrop will take place on January 31. 10% of the token supply will be distributed across 10 eligibility tiers. The more $WAXP tokens you hold – the native token for the WAX blockchain – the more $WUF tokens you will receive.

Early Adopter status offers the chance to obtain a portion of 20% of the token supply. As of writing, this status can be earned by visiting the WUFFI Discord.

What is WAX?

Worldwide Asset eXchange (WAX) is an EOS-based blockchain, specifically tailored to handle web3 gaming transactions.

Created in 2017, it is best-known for popular web3 games including Alien Worlds and R-Planet, plus as the blockchain that powers Funko’s Digital Pop! phygital releases.

Their roadmap for 2024 includes, amongst other items, a marketplace to support the trading of virtual items for popular FPS title Counter-Strike 2.
